This is one TOP I made with THE MOST yardage  just in one sleeve with tiered layers of sleeve to give the drama especially when you move.  This is my best sleeve and biggest bell sleeve with the most work.  This is the most fabric I have ever used in one top over yards to make this the ultimate dress in you closet to last a lifetime.  And you can wear this top two ways.  Straight across or pull down the adjustable strap to make it cinch as well.  More than a simple dress it can be dressed up or down. One of my favorite simple classic styles but with retro hippie gypsy style.
